House Capuchin 3

For most of us this was a quiet month. We have a couple of new people playing with us, (Nick, Taylor and baby Rosie) who will soon be gone again, since family circumstances are  taking them elsewhere. The tourist season is ramping up and that means that Anja and Loren are getting busier and busier. Isabeau has a mundane sewing commission that is eating her time and job things are getting Amy and Sasha. Jay tried to make it to the potluck, had a ride and all, and then wham, it fell apart on him again. We didn’t hear much from the farther away members this month, but tourney season is starting.

Several of us got to the get-together that the Tanista of the Summits had and we got some fun photos of the Maypole and projects!

A pair of baby shoes, some embroidered pouches and a tinkle loom went out this month, and more bits and pieces landed in the largesse drawer.

…and we ended up with a tasty potluck feast!

So far no one has said whether they’re going to make any of the events in the Summits this month. A couple of us are hoping for Investiture and An Tir/West war, but we’ll see what happens.

This month (these are standard meeting times) 

• Herb Bunch – At Ancient Light, Saturdays, 11am-1pm
• Sewing Time – At Ancient Light, Saturdays, 3-5pm
• Project Day – At Ancient Light, Sundays, Noon to 6pm
• Cheese and Wine is an occasional meeting. Watch our Facebook group for notices!
• Potluck is usually 3rd Sunday of the month. In garb (if you can) and bring a dish to share! (Next 6/17, 7/15, 8/19)
